ApartmentShowcase.com, the leading apartment finding online & print resource for the Metropolitan Washington DC area, is seeking an outgoing, motivated Account Executive to join our advertising sales team selling online and print advertisements. If you are an experienced sales person seeking a position where you build relationships, receive a steady income with opportunities for additional commissions and the opportunity to sell for a product to believe in, this is the position for you!

As an Account Executive, you will receive a strong customer base and a prospect portfolio (based on management companies, not geographic territory). You will be responsible for selling new advertisements to management companies & apartment communities throughout the Metropolitan Washington DC area. You would need to adhere to deadline schedules, assist clients with their marketing efforts and closely monitor competition. As we are a well-established advertising source in the DC area for over 12 years, there is no cold calling required of this position.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
• Ability to quickly build rapport, set appointments and close the sale
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Effective organization/time management
